Aita Ammann is a Research Associate and PhD Candidate at the Institute of Behavioral Science and Technology at the University of St Gallen. Her research focuses on individual differences and intraindividual psychological processes, particularly how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors unfold in everyday life. Her work aims to integrate psychological theory with data-driven approaches to capture the complexity of human functioning. Aita received a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Zürich. Outside of work, she enjoys spending most of her time running and being outdoors. |
